By accessing or using the ReviewBoost website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our website or services.

2. Use of the Service

You agree to use ReviewBoost solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
You must not misuse the system or use it to send unsolicited or spam messages.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, software, designs, graphics, logos, and other intellectual property on the ReviewBoost platform are owned or licensed by CHOLA's REVIEW BOOST SERVICES and protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws.
You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or use any of our materials without prior written permission.

4. User Accounts and Access

Some parts of ReviewBoost’s services may require registration or form submission.
You are responsible for providing accurate information and maintaining the confidentiality of your data.
ReviewBoost reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if misuse or suspicious activity is detected.

5. Privacy Policy

Your use of ReviewBoost is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your information.

6. Client and Customer Data

You retain ownership of all data you provide, including your customer information.
By using ReviewBoost, you grant us permission to process and automate that data for the sole purpose of delivering review request messages and AI-generated replies.
We do not sell or share your customer data with unaffiliated third parties.

7. Third-Party Services

ReviewBoost integrates with third-party platforms such as Google Sheets, Make.com, Lenco and Brevo
We are not responsible for any issues, outages, or data breaches that occur on those external platforms.
You agree to review and comply with their respective terms and policies.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

ReviewBoost services are provided “as is” and “as available” without any express or implied warranties.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or specific business results.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReviewBoost shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to data loss, business interruption, or reputation impact.

10. Payment and Subscriptions

If applicable, subscription fees or one-time payments must be made according to the pricing terms provided.
Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of services.
All payments are non-refundable except where required by law.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to ReviewBoost at any time if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, or engage in activities that could harm our platform or other users.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Zambia, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Changes to Terms

ReviewBoost reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14.Refund and Cancellation Policy

Service Nature: Review Boost is a digital software service. All payments are for immediate access to our software platform.

  • Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Once cancelled, you will retain access until the end of your current paid period, and no further charges will occur.

  • Refund Eligibility: We do not offer refunds for "change of mind" or unused time. However, in accordance with the Zambian Competition and Consumer Protection Act, you are entitled to a refund if:

    1. The software is technically non-functional or fails to perform its core advertised features.

    2. Our support team is unable to resolve the technical issue within a reasonable timeframe.

  • Requesting a Refund: To request a refund based on technical failure, contact support@reviewboost24.com within 7 days of the issue.

  • Processing: Approved refunds are sent back to your original MTN/Airtel/Zamtel or Bank account within 5–7 working days.
