  • Identity Verification & Business Authentication Review Boost is currently undergoing Meta Business Verification. This process involves independent authentication of our legal business name, ownership, and Zambian location by Meta Platforms, Inc. We participate in this verification to ensure a secure environment and to provide our customers with a high level of trust and transparency.

We collect data strictly necessary to provide our review automation services:

  • Personal & Business Data: Name, business name, email, phone number, and Google Review links.

  • Customer Data: Emails or phone numbers of your customers (uploaded by you for automation).

  • Usage Data: IP addresses, browser types, and statistics related to AI-generated replies and analytics.

3. Lawful Basis for Processing

In accordance with Zambian law, we process your data based on:

  • Contractual Necessity: To provide the software services you purchased.

  • Consent: For marketing communications and AI-driven review management.

  • Legal Obligation: To comply with financial reporting and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements.

4. How We Use Your Information

  • Service Delivery: Operating your automated review system and processing AI replies.

  • Automation: Sending requests via email or WhatsApp through our integration partners.

  • Security: Verifying accounts and preventing fraudulent transactions.

5. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share information only with trusted service providers required for our software to function:

  • Payment Processing: Lenco (BroadPay) (to securely process Mobile Money and card payments).

  • Automation Tools: Google Sheets, Make.com and Brevo.

  • Legal Authorities: Only when required by Zambian law or the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner.

We implement industry-standard encryption (SSL) to protect your data. In line with local regulations, we take all reasonable steps to ensure data integrity and prevent unauthorized access. Payment details are handled by third-party payment providers; we never see or store your Mobile Money PIN.
